Fiduciary Roles-A Significant Reponsibility

At this office, I frequently have to take on fiduciary responsibilities, whether for clients, incapacitated individuals, or third parties.  This includes significant discretion, but also the need for attention to detail and good judgment.  For example, I have managed others’ personal finances, and oversaw others in that position.  In addition, I have collected rent for buildings and taken on responsibility for keeping them in good repair.  My escrow (called IOLA account) hold funds for the purchase of real estate and other purposes.  Naturally, I exercise the greatest attention to detail and caution, and all of these funds are in good hands.
